Return & Refund policy

Better Things Candle Company does not accept returns. Part of the risk that you as a customer take ordering candles online is not being able to smell them before you buy, so please read the descriptions carefully and make sure it sounds like a good fit for you before you purchase. If you aren’t happy with the scent you chose when it arrives, please feel free to gift to a friend and spread the BTCC joy!

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, I’m happy to refund the price of your candle (including shipping costs) or send you a new one to replace it. Please e-mail me with a photo of the damage at betterthingscandleco@gmail.com if this happens to you. We will get it taken care of.

Delivery Policy

I put a warning on the front page of my website as to how long it may take me to fill your order- so make sure to always look there for the latest updates. I’m a one woman show, and it may take me up to 2 weeks to ship your package, so don’t panic! Thank you for buying handmade and understanding that I’m not Amazon Prime. :) That being said, I do my best to ship your orders out out as quickly as I can- as I know you are excited to receive them! I ship USPS Priority, so when you get that confirmation that I printed your shipping label, you can expect it within 3 business days.

Cancellation Policy

If you’re a BTCC Quarterly Subscriber, you can cancel your subscription any time, no questions asked. On a desktop computer, you can sign into your account at the upper right hand corner of this website and cancel your subscription. If you have any trouble, or any questions, feel free to e-mail me at betterthingscandleco@gmail.com and I can do it for you from my end if you prefer!
